Anders Nielsen: SVENDEPRØVEN

Niels Nielsen is ready with his first solo show Moments of excitement. It will be a comedy show that, despite the title, is packed with surprising twists and insanely funny jokes from start to finish. Just as we know Niels from his sketches, songs and, not least, always well-prepared stand-up.

One minute you're biting your nails at world events, and the next you're laughing in impotence. Michael Schøt has spent most of his stand-up career in the space between these two emotions. His ability to capture the zeitgeist here and now, but playfully observe it from the outside, has thrilled not only audiences, but also critics - who over the years have attached words like “one of the best stand-up comedians in Denmark”, “a comic elemental force”, ‘virtuoso’ and “the absolute sharpest and fastest satirist in the media” to him. Jubelpessimist is a show about an eternal optimist in a gloomy world. A shot of joy, warmth and laughter for the dark times.

Can you become a better person by playing role-playing games? Is it even possible to save yourself, the planet and everyone else? Are you necessarily evil just because you were born an orc? Get the answer when Niels Forsberg embarks on an adventure with new philosophical castles in the air and some really stupid jokes.

Talegaver Til Børn celebrated its 15th anniversary in December 2007 with three sold-out shows at Forum. The FBI's annual charity show was produced in collaboration with Unicef. For 15 years, between Christmas and New Year's Eve, people have been able to laugh for a good cause in the company of the country's best stand-up comedians, and the 2007 shows definitely lived up to the success of previous years.

Michael Schøt takes his razor-sharp political satire and pointed punchlines out onto the Danish country roads, where he asks the question: Democracy or Demoncracy?

In 1998 at Sct. Jørgens Skole in Næstved, the then 14-year-old Heino Hansen wrote a Danish essay that had his class in stitches. The otherwise shy and anonymous Heino became the funniest kid in the class from then on, and Heino Hansen was born! In Heino's first comedy show, you're taken back to the day he realized he was funny.

In spring 2016, Christian Fuhlendorff is ready with a new one-man show, “It doesn't matter what others think, right?”, which this time emphasizes fun over an actual theme. But then again, maybe the theme is that it just has to be hilarious!
