Gail's agoraphobia keeps her inside where she escapes into romance novels. She shares a house with her Nan, recently back from the hospital. Gradually, they both try to reach out to each other to break their isolation. Rob plunges further into his addiction as a way of numbing his heartbreak over the death of his girlfriend. In his stupor, he dreams of embracing her again. Mr & Mrs Gladwin are going through a shift in their 60 year relationship. Years of resentment and unspoken truths have built a barrier between them that Mrs Gladwin, in her abiding love, tries to erode in little gestures.

Spain, 1950s. Montse's agoraphobia keeps her locked in a sinister apartment in Madrid and her only link to reality is the little sister she lost her youth raising. But one day, a reckless young neighbor, Carlos, falls down the stairwell and drags himself to their door. Someone has entered the shrew's nest... perhaps he'll never leave.

The short film surrounds Cassie and her struggle, confusion, and eventual discovery of her OCD. We take a glimpse into her interactions with her friends and family, often paired with flashbacks (intrusive thoughts) of supposed violence towards herself and others. Unknowing of her condition, she is distraught at each thought, and as a result reluctant to share with her loved ones what she is going through.

Determined to break free from her insignificant role as a bread-toasting line cook, Annie's inventive spirit clashes with Chef Louie's strict rules, sparking a culinary clash that challenges the restaurant’s status quo and ignites her own journey of self-discovery. As Annie navigates the chaos of the kitchen, she unearths the memories of her father's teachings, using them as inspiration to transform her outlook and prove that her creativity is more than just a garnish.
