A feature-length documentary that explores the lives of four remarkably different people who share a common thread - they're all vegan. The movie traces the personal journeys of an ultramarathon runner who has overcome addiction to compete in one hundred mile races, a cattle rancher's wife who creates the first cattle ranch turned farmed animal sanctuary in Texas, a food truck owner cooking up knee-buckling plant-based foods, and an 8-year-old girl who convinces her family of six to go vegan.
Cindy Crawford returns to the exercise game with her 2000 release A New Dimension. She planned the video as a guide to getting back in shape after giving birth. Viewers with that same plan should find the lesson helpful. Trainer Kathy Kaehler, also a new mom, assists with the workout. There are three different segments featuring various levels of difficulty. The first incorporates stretching and some movements like lunges and squats. The second part is a slightly longer aerobic set with simple steps. Workout B ends with more toning and balance exercises. The last segment is mainly a stamina test for both cardio and muscle endurance. Though the steps are more complicated, they are never very difficult. Overall, A New Dimension can be used in parts or run together for an entire hour of exercise.
Taking pride in transforming the health and bodies of his clients, underwear model and personal trainer PJ (Paul James) was frustrated by his inability to connect with many overweight people in his bid to help them shed the kilos. Often they'd say: 'You don't know what its like to be fat'. PJ set out to change that. He aimed to gain 40kg (88lbs) of bodyfat to experience for himself the physical and psychological effects of obesity, before embarking on his own weight-loss regime. With insight from leading scientists and academics surrounding the science of obesity, highlighted by PJ's own struggles and those of his clients, Fat and Back reveals the seldom-heard perspective of one of the most serious health issues in the Western World.

On April 1st, 2022, my grandfather passed away and i felt lost. I think my path changed when, some days after he passed away, i was offered a small VHS camera. "Moving Memories" is a visual journey that makes the viewer reflect on our momentary presence on earth and questions the nature of memory. Throughout this journey, we get to the conclusion that memories are more than just static photographs in our minds, they're alive and in constant movement, changing while we evolve as individuals. These memories have influence and help us to move on.
