When ambitious freelance reporter Avery Clark returns to Chicago to spend Christmas with her mom and new stepdad, she's hoping for a little holiday downtime before her next assignment. Instead, she lands a feel-good story profiling Darlene Donnelly, a beloved Chicago Bears superfan about to celebrate an incredible milestone: attending her 500th game. Stop-motion animated film inspired by true events of 1672 which took place in Croatian region of Istria. The film tells a story of nine villagers who confronted a supernatural creature called Štrigun. The events were recorded in the works of Sloveninan homo universalis Baron Janez Vajkjard Valvasor as it was told to him by the same nine men who battled the creature.
