Hitler no longer believes in himself, and can barely see himself as an equal to even his sheep dog. But to seize the helm of the war he would have to create one of his famous fiery speeches to mobilize the masses. Goebbels therefore brings a Jewish acting teacher Grünbaum and his family from the camps in order to train the leader in rhetoric. Grünbaum is torn, but starts Hitler in his therapy ...

When churlish mobster Albert Spica acquires an upscale French restaurant in London, he dines there nightly, effectively scaring off the clientele with his bad manners. His wife, Georgina, is especially disgusted by him, and soon begins an affair with regular guest Michael. The film illuminates the life of Leyla Khanum, full of struggle, in the years 1930-1933. The difficulties faced by women in an environment full of deprivation during that period, Leyla's refusal to wear the veil, her determination despite the condemnation of society, her husband Bahram's support for her struggle, and how this support led Leyla further forward are artistically reflected in the film.
