On his wedding day, Paul is confronted by the sudden return of Joseph, a boy he lost touch with twenty years ago. The burning memories of that summer of 1983 resurface, overwhelming him with doubts about a lifetime of choices and the emotions of a forbidden love. As teenagers, their dazzling romance sparked relentless, violent homophobic harassment—until one tragic night changed their lives forever. Maiko is a 17 year old aspiring picture book writer who was abandoned by her widowed father at the age of 3 and has lived in a foster home ever since. She meets Lisa, also 17, and the two quickly form a bond of understanding as they help each other work out their problems. Lisa holds a grudge against her mother for paying more attention to the men she brings home than her own daughter and Maiko begins to doubt her artistic dream will ever come to fruition after a book editor judges her writing ability harshly.

Ever sat down with a couple of friends, doing nothing? Where nothing gets accomplished and having conversations? Then—those conversations don’t really lead to anything significant, just totally random. Yet—you don’t seem to mind. You enjoy the sensation of being in good company with your friends. This is a day in a life in Burbank, CA, for young Gen-Z. Through a series of short vignettes, we get a glimpse of the anxieties, joys, hopes, dreams and expectations from today's young adults.

Oded, a 17-year-old boy suffering from loneliness and trauma, lives with his brother Amit in the city of Sderot. After a news report about a monster desecrating graves, the two set out into the forest to check on the grave of their beloved dog, Bobby. What begins as a mysterious adventure quickly becomes a psychological journey, as Oded is torn between fear, memories, and illusion. As the journey deepens, reality starts to unravel.
