Dorothy’s a film director and a bit of a loser. One night, after a few beers, she lets loose on her script when a call from her producer kills her buzz: enough with the queer comedies, it’s time to start making mainstream films. To avoid sinking to the deepest depths of despair, Dorothy seeks comfort in her favorite TV show "Romy the Vampire Slayer". Unfortunately, her own demons show up.

Amy is a single 29 year old Jewish woman. She wrote a successful self-help book about how women can't truly be in love and experience "mental orgasm." Her parents and acquaintances always try to give her advice. Eventually, she breaks her celibacy and starts dating a radio shock jock, who is known for hitting on his bimbo guests. Of all men, will she find in him the true love she never believed in

The film is set in a world where traditional gender roles between women and men are reversed. Bitirim Leyla and Sarı Leman are the tough, street-smart women of their neighborhood. While Leman works in a factory, Leyla makes a living through small-time scams on the streets. Leyla cheats on her husband with a young man from the neighborhood, while Leman spends her time with male prostitutes. However, the lifestyle they lead eventually draws both women into crime.

Étienne is dumped by his girlfriend who criticizes him for not behaving like a real guy. He is then caught up in three episodes by his past, represented by his ex-partners, Lucas and Caroline, as well as his mother and sister, who appear one after the other in his apartment. Étienne falls back into his old patterns, his relatives only wanting an image of the virile man they have made of him and whom he is trying to embody. He becomes aware of it the moment a young man appears and thus has the chance to drop his mask, to assume who he is, in an unexpected way but unique to himself.
