During the last argentine military dictatorship, the Army developed a systematic plan for the abduction of children, with maternity wards inside the clandestine detention centers. This film proposes itself as a trip to the truth "to bring to light the places where lots of babies saw the light for the first time"; Three restored children show the part for the whole :how a genocide was orchestrated,a scheme which planned the deprivation of identity of babies born in captivity, children of illegally kidnapped and detained women.

Flanders, Hispanic Monarchy, 1616. The inhabitants of the small town of Boom are busy organizing the annual local festivities when the arrival of the Duke of Olivares, who rules the country on behalf of the King Philip III of Spain, is announced. Richard Martin buys a gift, a new NDR-114 robot. The product is named Andrew by the youngest of the family's children. "Bicentennial Man" follows the life and times of Andrew, a robot purchased as a household appliance programmed to perform menial tasks. As Andrew begins to experience emotions and creative thought, the Martin family soon discovers they don't have an ordinary robot.

In 1944 Poland, a Jewish shop keeper named Jakob is summoned to ghetto headquarters after being caught out after curfew. While waiting for the German Kommondant, Jakob overhears a German radio broadcast about Russian troop movements. Returned to the ghetto, the shopkeeper shares his information with a friend and then rumors fly that there is a secret radio within the ghetto.
