With the aid of his girlfriend, Phyllis Potter, and best friend, Loomis, Grimm enters a Manhattan bank dressed as a clown, creates a hostage situation and executes a flawless robbery. The only thing left for the trio to do is make their getaway out of the city and to the airport. It sounds simple enough, but it seems that fate deserts them immediately after the bank heist. One mishap after another conspires to keep these robbers from reaching freedom.

A stay-at-home husband struggles with societal judgment as his ambitious wife becomes the primary breadwinner. In a small-town setting, their unconventional roles spark humor, conflict, and self-discovery. As they navigate expectations and personal growth, the story unfolds with warmth, challenging stereotypes and celebrating love and equality.

"This Is Spinal Tap" shines a light on the self-contained universe of a metal band struggling to get back on the charts, including everything from its complicated history of ups and downs, gold albums, name changes and undersold concert dates, along with the full host of requisite groupies, promoters, hangers-on and historians, sessions, release events and those special behind-the-scenes moments that keep it all real.

Joe Moore has a job he loves. He's a thief. His job goes sour when he gets caught on security camera tape. His fence, Bergman, reneges on the money he's owed, and his wife may be betraying him with the fence's young lieutenant. Award winning and latterly disgraced comedian Alfie Brown is back. This is his first full special since the resurfacing of an old routine put his career in ruins.
