Flatland²: Sphereland

Rosuke, a monk, has gone missing. His lover, Nonoka, takes the assassin Shinno to a religious temple in search of Rosuke. There, they meet a sorcerer called Hanzo. Meanwhile, Rosuke is on a spaceship heading to the unknown planet named Kelman, in another dimension. There, he meets a strange old man. And then, a metaphysical battle.

A group of skeptical government officials headed by General Randolph are brought to a remote laboratory for a demonstration in "Psychic Materialization", a successful side effect of an experimental drug. But the project scientists had warned that not enough testing had been completed to access safety concerns. In a freak accident during the demonstration to the politicians, a vicious creature is created! Unable to contain the monster, it unleashes unbelievable havoc & destruction against mankind! Reproducing itself at an alarming rate, and all known weapons seemingly powerless against the creature, the scientists are gravely concerned for the survival of mankind!

A nine year old boy named Joey, who after the tragic death of his father, begins to experience psychic powers such as allowing him to move inanimate objects with his mind, set things on fire, and even communicate with his dead father. However, not everything is good for Joey as his newly gained powers accidentally awake an evil supernatural force that is contained inside the body of an old ventriloquist's dummy that Joey found in an abandoned house. The supernatural Dummy shows similar powers to Joey's, and soon he puts the lives of everyone near Joey in danger as the evil Dummy has dark plans for Joey's special powers.

Flatland is a two-dimensional universe occupied by living geometric figures - squares, triangles, circles, etc. A Square, Attorney At Law, finds himself in the middle of two upheavals: the rise of martial law by the circular leadership of Flatland, and the arrival of A Sphere, CEO Of Messiah, Incorporated, a creature from a hitherto-unknown third dimensional world.
