Using a player's-eye-view camera, Paulo Mattioli teaches hand-drummers djembe techniques, tones, and notation. Players are introduced to two Guinean rhythms: tiriba (a rhythm of welcome) and mindiani (a rhythm for the dance of the virgins).

Belgrade in the 1990s seen through the eyes of Goran Čavajda 'Čavke', the late drummer of Serbian rock band "Electric Orgasm". Under dictatorship of Slobodan Milošević, his city became one of the worst places to live in Europe, while the country suffered highest inflation rate in its history, accompanied by mass poverty and political isolation. Documentary follows Čavke walking through the Belgrade streets where total chaos and decline of moral values rule. He finds his only shelter underground, where his friends - musicians and artists - live and work invisibly.
Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming explains, demonstrates, and discusses the Eight Pieces of Brocade (jian shen ba duan jin), a qigong practice for health and wellbeing. The Eight Pieces of Brocade is a sequence of eight movements intended to build qi, promote blood circulation, assist the immune system, strengthen the internal organs, and energize the body. Dr. Yang teaches both sitting and standing variations of the practice.

Alvin Queen is one of the best jazz drummers of all time. A child prodigy, he played with the greatest masters (Oscar Peterson, Dizzy Gillespie, Dexter Gordon, Pharaoh Sanders... ) He is also a very nice person who has a lot of wisdom to transmit.
