Mrs. Topper's friend Mrs. Parkhurst has convinced Mrs Topper to file for a divorce from Cosmo due to the strange circumstances of his trip with ghost Marion Kirby. Marion comes back from heaven's door to help Cosmo again, this time only with dog Mr. Atlas. Due to a strange behavior of Cosmo, the judge refuses to divorce them, so Mrs. Parkhurst takes Mrs. Topper on a trip to France where she tries to arrange the final reasons for the divorce. With help of a gold-digging French baron, Marion takes Cosmo to the same hotel to bring them back together and to get her own final ticket to heaven, but the whole thing turns out to be not too easy.

Zhenya Horobchik is a Kyiv photographer originally from Zhashkiv who is much loved by women. He is looking for a job, but accidentally finds a new love. In order to keep away nosy visitors, the baron's mad-scientist assistant invents all sorts of spooky phenomena in order to give the castle a creepy reputation.

She makes an unannounced visit to Jerry's campus, and before long annoyance turns to affection, and friendship turns to romance. Dr. Wilson is a humanitarian, and likes to believe that the worse part of a human can be separated and eliminated altogether, to this extent he experiments in various ways in his laboratory. One day he tries out a chemical solution on himself and lets his evil self, Blackstone, lose in bars, dark alleys, and with prostitutes. He is always able to control Blackstone, and comes home late at night to turn himself back to Dr. Wilson. Then things start to get out of control when Blackstone starts getting violent and killing people he dislikes, including Dr. Wilson; and Dr. Wilson finds Blackstone getting stronger, and out of his control, with a motive of taking over Dr. Wilson's life completely.

Who is this confident man who, with unusual elegance and surprising professionalism, began working at the reception desks of the highest government and party leaders one day? Where did he come from, what are his tasks, and who entrusted him with them? These questions will be pondered in the film by members of the secret services, important and insignificant minions of the powerful, who are convinced that they know every link in the ingeniously opaque chain of relationships and competences of a centrally controlled state. Before the surprising revelation of the mysterious master of ceremonies living a double life, he manages to pull off one last stunt: a monstrous hoax whose consequences can only be tragic.
