When Lucas accidentally captures a mysterious presence in one of his films, he inadvertently becomes a YouTube phenomenon, and must learn to live life in the spotlight while also learning how to once again start living life to its fullest.

Jour de Fête tells the story of an inept and easily-distracted French mailman who frequently interrupts his duties to converse with the local inhabitants, as well as inspect the traveling fair that has come to his small community. Influenced by too much wine and a newsreel account of rapid transportation methods used by the United States postal system, he goes to hilarious lengths to speed the delivery of mail while aboard his bicycle.

Constantly at the crossroads, David explores the contradictions of his generation throughout the show. He handles his relationship with the world and the relationships he maintains with his best friend, his family, and especially with girls, with humor. He is the rising star of comedy and accumulates millions of subscribers and views on social networks, where his "blonde" character has already become cult.
