Leah and Purity are rangers in the Kenyan bushland. They roam around Amboseli National Park every day to track down wildlife. The Maasai shepherds also have their villages here. Conflicts can hardly be avoided. The young women are often called to missions to mediate or comfort. The two Maasai women themselves have to fight against discrimination

The rivalry between football clubs Rangers and Celtic goes past typical name calling and dives into violence, racial slurs and pure hatred. The rivalry between Glasgow's "Old Firm" sides is the most famous in world football. It's the game's flagship loathing, proof of the power of the sport to inspire profound levels of tribal loyalty and a near-Pavlovian revulsion at anything to do with a rival. We examine the situation and try to get a handle on the political, religious, and national identity clashes that have shaped the rivalry, speak to fanzine editors on both sides of the divide and travel with the Bhoys' away support to a match at Tannadice.

Alistair Heather sets out on a mission to reclaim the Scots language. For decades, his fellow-Scots speakers have been mocked, their language oppressed by educators, politicians and broadcasters. One famous report claimed that 'Scots is not the language of educated people anywhere'. Alistair tells the history of the language and argues that Scots is fighting back after decades of ignorance and oppression.
On the edge of Dundee a 17-story tower block awaits demolition, the last of its kind on the once sprawling Ardler housing estate. Its residents are either gone or going. We undertake a journey, moving steadily upwards, exploring the space, drifting through deserted corridors and rooms. The memories of former residents accompany the voyage.
This is an excellent and spirited picture of fine quality depicting the international curling contests in Switzerland, showing the Scotch champion team under very favorable conditions as well as many of the other leading contestants. The heads of the rinks both at the playing up and the "tee" ends are well shown, as also mid-rink views with the "stones"' merrily sailing past. The appropriate mid-winter Alpine surroundings make up a fine picture.
