A father takes an irreverent and honest approach to parenting and relationships.

Shooting a documentary for her NYU application, Drea introduces her unfiltered family as Kenya considers toning down his “flexing” around white people.

On a parents’ night out, Kenya and Joya party a little too hard while at the same music festival as Chloe, whose appearance doesn't sit well with Kenya.

Ahead of the family's Juneteenth party, Joya struggles to confront Izzy about her dance video as Kenya stresses the importance of hygiene to his sons.

Tired of Black dads never getting praise, Kenya strives to be a more involved father by volunteering to coach a team and organizing a family night.

After criticizing a Black film, Kenya seeks out honest feedback from his family and peers. Joya worries her kids aren't embracing their Blackness.

As Joya promotes her book, friction between her and Kenya comes to a head when both sides start feeling like their marriage is more of a competition.

A lavish, peaceful family trip takes a turn when the kids attempt to venture outside their comfort zones and a work event puts Kenya and Joya at odds.

As Joya takes time to focus on herself before her event, Drea tries to bond with Chloe, Pops handles an incident, and Kenya switches up his behavior.

Teachers Only is an NBC television sitcom centered around the faculty of a high school; in the first season the school was Millard Fillmore High in Los Angeles, but in the second it is Woodrow Wilson High in New York with a changed cast. In both seasons Norman Fell played Principal Ben Cooper, but Lynn Redgrave's character, Diana Swanson, who had been an English teacher in the first season, became a guidance counselor in the second season. Redgrave and Fell were already established names when this show aired, but two of the supporting stars in the second season, Jean Smart would go on, three years later, to play her best known role, that of interior design studio receptionist Charlene Frazier Stillfield on the long running show, Designing Women. Also, Jean's co-star Teresa Ganzel became well known for her many game show appearances in the 1980s as well as her appearance in the comedic miniseries, Fresno. This show ran for only two seasons, in 1982 and 1983.

Second thoughts is a British sitcom that ran from 3 May 1991 to 14 October 1994. It was broadcast on ITV and made by LWT. It was followed by a sequel, Faith in the future. Second thoughts followed the lives of two middle-aged divorcees, Bill MacGregor and Faith Greyshott, from very different backgrounds trying to develop a relationship, despite the pressures pulling it apart. Second thoughts was based upon the real-life relationship of the writers, husband and wife Jan Etherington and Gavin Petrie. It originally aired as a radio series on BBC Radio 4 broadcast between 1 November 1988 and 23 July 1992. The radio series consisted of four series and a Christmas special broadcast in 1992 with a total of 31 episodes. The radio scripts were used for the television series on ITV. The fifth series was considered weaker than the first four series; it was the only series not to be based on the original radio scripts. Second thoughts ended on 14 October 1994, but has since been repeated on ITV3. The original radio series is often replayed on BBC7.
