Jacks-of-all-trades Yun and Haberu investigate sounds emanating from an empty mansion. They locate the source nearby, while Mei hears the same tune.

Yun, Goro and their robot Jet Jaguar clash with a hostile pterosaur-like kaiju, Rodan. Mei travels to Tokyo to meet with a world-renowned researcher.

A legion of Rodan swarm towards Nigashio. The Otaki Factory crew scramble to lure them away from the city, but soon find themselves surrounded.

Yun and Haberu deduce that Misakioku may be linked to the Rodan incursion. Mei attends Li's lecture in Dubai, where the professor reveals new material.

Salunga emerges from the depths of the Upala research station shrouded in red dust. Meanwhile, Yun observes Anguirus exhibiting an uncanny ability.

Mei discovers a mysterious code in Professor Ashihara's research. The Otaki crew confront Anguirus as part of the city's extermination efforts.

Following a group of Manda, a giant kaiju makes landfall in Tokyo. Red dust forces Mei and Professor Li's flight to London to divert to Milan.

Ground forces under the command of Matsubara respond to Godzilla's attack on Tokyo. Now in London, Mei attempts to decipher Ashihara's research.

Godzilla continues to advance on Tokyo, covering the city in red dust. The Otaki crew rushes to rescue a person ensnared by spider-like kaiju.

Back at Ashihara's mansion, Yun and Haberu attempt to decipher the professor's research using Jet Jaguar. In India, Lina takes Mei to meet with BB.

Before heading to the Super Dimension Calculator, BB offers Mei a view of the Singular Point. The Otaki crew leave for Tokyo to destroy Godzilla.

Mei learns of a large explosion triggered by Ashihara's calculator long ago. Kanoko gives Matsubara the Orthogonal Diagonalizer to use against Godzilla.

Mei, BB and Pelops II attempt to prevent the Catastrophe, but Salunga ambushes them. Meanwhile, the Otaki crew make their final push toward Godzilla.

Dan is teaching young Battle Spirits fans about the cards, but he is suffering from a thirst he cannot quench. “I want fierce battles! I want to fight someone even stronger!!” And then Mai appears. She asks him to come with him to an era in which he can Battle. The new stage for Dan’s fights is the future. The Earth is being encroached on by Otherworld Mazoku monsters. He reunites with the administrator Kazan who asks him to rescue humanity from the brink of disaster.

The Fountain of Life is the source of all life forces in the Bosco World. Princess Apricot, who is supposed to become Queen of Fountainland-the Guardian of the Fountain of Life-is kidnapped by villains who aim to rule the Bosco World. If Princess Apricot can't take the queen's throne by the next solar eclipse, the Fountain of Life will dry up. The animals living in the forest of Bosco, including Frog, Otter and Tortoise, decide to help Princess and take her to Fountainland in order to protect their peaceful life in the Bosco World. So begins the journey in a balloon full of dreams, hope, adventures, and love!

Atsushi Arisawa enrolls at Jougaouka High School to be near Masami Shibata (Ma-chan) who was his childhood crush. Unbeknownst to Atsushi, however, Masami no longer works at the school and his brother, Masayoshi is now the nurse. Atsushi mistakes Masayoshi for Masami and is horrified because to him, it appears that Masami's personality has done a complete 180. Add to the fact that Atsushi's friend, Kouji Inagaki is totally in love and constantly trying to make-out with him, Atsushi's life at Jougaoka is hell... until he starts thinking that maybe the new Ma-chan isn't so bad afterall and that, maybe he actually likes the way Ma-chan is now. Until of course, he finds out that Masayoshi isn't Masami.

Loki, the Norse god of mischief, has been exiled to the human world for what was apparently was a bad joke. Along with being exiled, he’s forced to take the form of a child. He’s told the only way he can get back to the world of the gods is if he can collect auras of evil that take over human hearts, and so to do this he runs a detective agency. Loki is soon joined by a human girl named Mayura who is a maniac for mysteries, and she soon helps out in her own way. However, soon other Norse gods begin to appear, and most have the intent to assassinate Loki for reasons unclear.

Outspoken Luise and shy Lotte meet at summer camp and realize they are identical twins who were separated at birth by their divorced parents. The girls become friends and decide to switch places with each other so that they can each learn about the parent they never knew, and perhaps bring together their broken family.

Natsumi Mizuki is a 4th grader whose parents have gone to London. Her Aunt Izumi comes to live with her. Izumi is an aspiring manga writer who is trying to get her first big break, so she doesn't have time for a baby that appears out of thin air on Natsumi's first night alone. The baby's name is Mirai and her mother is *Natsumi*, but 15 years older. Somehow, Mirai had traveled back in time. Now the young Natsumi has to raise Mirai while trying to keep her 4th grade life from falling apart and keep Mirai-chan secret from everyone. She has the dubious help of Izumi and some baby-care gadgets from the future.
