A dedicated biker who leads weekend bikers on a road road trips starts a biker boot camp of 17 men from three states to see if they have what it takes.

Tommy Baker and a group of weekend bikers calling themselves The Ice Cream Men From Hell try to become an official motorcycle club.
After getting 17 men from all walks of life and three states together to ride, the first accident occurs five minutes in and the finger pointing starts. Steve-O takes off his colours and incurs the wrath of Baker.
