A group of stars step away from celebrity life, move into a house together and learn about one another — and themselves.

The eight housemates meet each other for the first time, compete in a wrestling challenge, and navigate friction between August and a haunted doll.

The group has a bonding day at a yoga retreat, Manny shares his past trauma with Kim and Tamar, and a house BBQ brings up touchy subjects.

Tamar faces her fear of heights to participate in an elevated bonding experience, Stormy does a tarot card reading for her housemates, and Dennis's emotions get the best of him.

Frankie unleashes his competitive side during a soccer game, August warms up to Stormy, and the group works through the aftermath of Dennis's outburst.

August gets emotional while chatting with his nieces, the housemates write and perform scenes in which they imitate one another, and Manny does Dennis's makeup.

Dennis returns after his injury, the housemates pick superlatives and give Kim a top honor, and the Surreal Life journey ends with an amusement park trip.

The Surreal Life is a reality television series that sets a select group of past-their-prime celebrities and records them as they live together in Glen Campbell's former mansion in the Hollywood Hills for two weeks. The format of the show resembles that of The Real World and Road Rules, in that the cameras not only record the castmates' participation in group activities assigned to them, but also their interpersonal relationships and conflicts. The series is also likened to The Challenge in that previously known individuals from separate origins of entertainment are brought together into one cast. The show's first two seasons aired on The WB, and subsequent seasons have been shown on VH1.

Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh lead acting class. Jordan Chiles fills in for the gym teacher. LISA forms her own dance group. They’re the best in the world at what they do—but teaching elementary school kids how to do it? Harder than it looks. And funny and adorable… but thank goodness the real teacher’s back in charge tomorrow. Hosted by Julian Shapiro-Barnum (Recess Therapy), Celebrity Substitute asks our favorite stars to swap limos for lesson plans and spend a day with an amazing class of public school kids. And, thanks to Amazon, every episode has a few other surprises in store… Most of all, Celebrity Substitute reminds us to give teachers their flowers. Because substituting for a day is one thing. The ones who do it full time? Absolute heroes. Celebrity Substitute is the ultimate feel-good series that celebrates the importance of education and the power of connection—whether you’re selling out Madison Square Garden or singing backup in your first grade choir.

Salut les Terriens! is a French talk show hosted by Thierry Ardisson, launched on Canal+ on November 4, 2006, and then moved to C8 on September 10, 2016. The show subsequently changed its name and format in 2018 to become Les Terriens du Samedi! (The Earthlings of Saturday!). Initially conceived as a humorous take on current events with several guests and various games and segments, it later evolved into a more structured format with panel discussions and regular segments. In 2018, Thierry Ardisson sought to revamp the concept, believing the previous version had run its course, hence the transition to Les Terriens du samedi! with a new set and new segments, and a 360-degree turn in the ideology of the guests.
