Teenager Pip Fitz-Amobi investigates the disappearance of Andie Bell, who was supposedly murdered by her boyfriend Sal Singh five years ago. Pip is determined to prove otherwise.

Now a team, Pip and Ravi turn their attention to Andie's best friends and find out Andie had a secret life that Sal was unhappy about. Meanwhile, Pip receives an anonymous warning.

When Pip follows new leads on the case, she takes bigger risks and enters the world of sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll.

Pip and Ravi find out more about Andie's secret life, and when Pip is presented with a new piece of evidence, she reaches a crisis point and questions whether Sal is guilty.

Pip discovers more than she bargained for and faces dark consequences when she tries to confront the killer. Just when it seems all is lost, the terrible truth is revealed.

Pip must come to terms with the repercussions of solving the case. But something isn't quite right, and Pip puts herself in danger once more to find out the whole truth.

The Little Kings is about a group of assertive, uninhibited, even reckless students at the top of the school social pyramid, often more focused on their own needs than those of the community, until one day a collateral victim of their carelessness decides to play a vigilante.
