For the next two weeks, Bill Oddie, Kate Humble and Simon King will follow a cast of unforgettable wildlife characters as Autumn develops. Look out for daily drama and beauty from around the UK - fighting red deer, migrating whooper swans, and a host of other animal stars including beavers, foxes and wild boar.
