Marquardt enters the world of illicit drug making at an early age. His skills earn him a notorious reputation and get him sent to federal prison - where he meets his partners for the fentanyl operation.

Marquardt teams up with an associate of the Boston Mob to launch a massive street fentanyl operation. As the death toll skyrockets, the DEA launches a national investigation

As law enforcement attempts to track down the origin of the deadly street fentanyl, they encounter a series of dead-ends. Only the chance arrest of a suspect in an unrelated case suddenly gives them the break they are looking for.

DEA introduces an undercover agent to infiltrate the fentanyl operation. But as they close in, they find themselves in a race against the clock to locate Marquardt - and the lab - before he disappears.
