The year is 2164 and politics has become unrecognizable. Democrats have become conservative, Republicans have become liberal, and an upstart party called the Empathy Party blames all the world's ills on sociopaths. An assassination leaves the Empathy Party's candidacy wide open…
In this episode, Arthur devises a plan to assassinate Doc Kramer with a handshake, but things don't go as plan when his ex-wife drops off his bratty kids.
After the mysterious death of Doc Kramer three years ago, The Empathy Party is left without an obvious candidate for the upcoming 2164 election. Three shadowy businesspeople try to recruit presidential grandson Jim Liu to run for the nomination, while opium-addicted reporter Neith Lemos is assigned to cover the campaign.
In this episode, reporter Neith Lemos arranges an interview with Doc Kramer's sex robot, who was the last one to see him alive. Meanwhile, candidate Jim Liu tries to secure the nomination of Betty the parrot, an opium-addicted parrot musician who is one of the top Birdsong stars in the country.
