Jaka, a stubborn police officer, is overcome with revenge after a serial murder case takes the life of his daughter. Desperate, Jaka comes up with a crazy idea: freeing 3 dangerous prisoners to help the investigation.

Jaka forms a team of 3 high-risk prisoners: Anton, Haidar, and Elias. Jaka must also work with Sekar, a law-abiding police officer who is skeptical of his methods. Chaos ensues as these stray dogs each have their own business.

Jaka and the Bad Guys team uncover the connection between the serial murder case and the police institution. In the midst of the investigation, Anton's past begins to haunt him again.
