A neighborhood in Korea that is nothing out of the ordinary: a truly tranquil small town. In this town, Tae Woo and his best friends do all kinds of things, good and bad. When conditions in the mining community deteriorate even further, Lantier finds himself leading a strike that could mean starvation or salvation for all.
