After Portland homicide detective Nick Burkhardt discovers he's descended from an elite line of criminal profilers known as "Grimms," he increasingly finds his responsibilities as a detective at odds with his new responsibilities as a Grimm.


Nick Burkhardt's life is completely transformed when his family's legacy is revealed to him and he discovers that he is a Grimm, a monster hunter who can see the creatures for what they really are.

A barbaric family history is revealed when Nick and Hank investigate a case of breaking and entering. Meanwhile, Nick assigns Monroe to look after Aunt Marie.

The station is abuzz as Nick and Hank are called to a case where an innocent flash mob results in a gruesome homicide. Nick and Hank search for a dangerous heartbreaker who leaves behind a gruesome corpse and apparently her finger. Nick and Juliette's safety is threatened when the creature world begins to discover his identity.

An underground fight club where monsters participate in blood battles is tied to a murder that Nick and Hank are investigating.

A failed robbery leads Nick and Hank to powerful rare coins. Meanwhile, a suspect in the case may have information regarding the death of Nick's parents.

Nick finds himself in the heated world of Portland fire dancing where he meets a woman who might just be too hot to handle.

Nick looks into a theft and murder at a spice shop and discovers that it was owned by a Wesen, and that the thieves were after a dangerous drug. Meanwhile, Hank falls under Adalind's sway and Wu gets caught in the middle.
