New York Undercover is an American police drama The series stars Detective J.C. Williams and Detective Eddie Torres, two undercover detectives in New York City's Fourth Precinct who were assigned to investigate various crimes and gang-related cases.


Manhattan police detectives J.C. Williams and Eddie Torres are assigned a case dealing with a 17 year old girl who accuses a high school football player of rape. Eddie has problems going to see his mother, who is in the hospital, after six years of non-communication with each other.

Williams and Torres try to prevent two people from becoming part of luxury car theft ring. Williams gets a letter from his ex-wife stating that she wants him to pay more in his maintenance payments.

Torres and Williams investigate an ice-cream vendor's murder whose drug dealings ends up in G's school.

Lipstick Jungle is an American comedy-drama television series created by DeAnn Heline and Eileen Heisler for NBC Universal Television Studio. The hour-long series was based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Candace Bushnell, who also served as executive producer alongside showrunner/head writer Oliver Goldstick. The pilot was directed by Gary Winick.

Former elementary school teacher and detective, Kurasawa Itsuki (Nakatani Miki), has a history with Kishi Ruoto (Kikuchi Fuma). At the age of 12 and her 6th grade student, Kishi murdered Kurasawa's daughter. The young age of the murderer caused the bizarre murder case to send shockwaves throughout Japan. The series was canceled in October 2004. Although eight episodes were filmed, only seven actually aired.
