Joanie Loves Chachi is an American television spin-off of the American sitcom Happy Days that was originally broadcast on ABC from March 23, 1982 to May 24, 1983. It stars Erin Moran and Scott Baio as the titular Joanie Cunningham and Chachi Arcola, respectively.

Despite Rico's assurances that it is all part of the act, Joanie is upset over the mingling that occurs between Chachi and several young women after he performs at Al and Louisa's newly opened restaurant in Chicago.
The band has a big audition for a record producer, but Chachi's attitude causes Joanie to decide to attend her nephew's birthday party in Milwaukee instead of singing with the band.

Joanie notices a guy looking at Annette during a performance at Delvecchio's, and she and Chachi introduce Annette and the guy, Wendell. They quickly hit it off and decide to get married within three weeks of their first meeting. Prior to the wedding rehearsal, however, Wendell makes a pass at Joanie.
With nothing to do during the day, on the advice of Chachi, Joanie starts hanging out with her roommate who attends college. On behalf of the band, she accepts an offer from the fraternity to play at one of their parties. Chachi thinks it would be beneath them to perform at such an event and becomes resentful of Joanie's new life. Meanwhile, Al tries to get in shape.

Police cop Lee Kei is assigned by his lieutenant to go undercover and find the infamous cat burglar, "Black Rose", who has escaped being captured for over twenty years. His first clue leads him to a nightclub where he bumps into a former classmate, Tse Sei. When Lee Kei is threatened with dismissal at his corrupt police precinct and his house is burnt down by triads, Sei helps him out by bringing him to live with Sei's uncle. It is through this apartment where he meets a former neighbour, Siu Fong-fong, and a martial arts performer, Cheng Po-chu. When Kei recognizes the martial arts as a style similar to what the "Black Rose" uses, he suspects that Po-chu and her colleagues could be related to the cat burglar and decides to follow them closely.

Teachers Only is an NBC television sitcom centered around the faculty of a high school; in the first season the school was Millard Fillmore High in Los Angeles, but in the second it is Woodrow Wilson High in New York with a changed cast. In both seasons Norman Fell played Principal Ben Cooper, but Lynn Redgrave's character, Diana Swanson, who had been an English teacher in the first season, became a guidance counselor in the second season. Redgrave and Fell were already established names when this show aired, but two of the supporting stars in the second season, Jean Smart would go on, three years later, to play her best known role, that of interior design studio receptionist Charlene Frazier Stillfield on the long running show, Designing Women. Also, Jean's co-star Teresa Ganzel became well known for her many game show appearances in the 1980s as well as her appearance in the comedic miniseries, Fresno. This show ran for only two seasons, in 1982 and 1983.
