Reality
A uniquely Canadian take on the original series, with ten teams of two racing around the world to amazing locations for the $1,000,000 prize.

Nine teams from across the country arrived at the starting line in Niagara Falls, Ont., by high speed jet boats ready to run “The Amazing Race Canada.”

The remaining eight teams race through Vancouver's urban jungle.

In Calgary, one team steers the others in a different direction; they line up, get knocked down, and face a dirty detour.

As the contestants travel by land and water across northern Canada, a Speed Bump affects one team in the Yukon.

The racers head to Regina, Sask., where they are buried in lentils and questioned by the RCMP

The remaining teams get tongue-tied and crushed by crepes in Quebec City while the sisters make a costly decision.

The teams head to the frozen climate of Iqaluit, Nunavut; Celina has trouble eating a local delicacy; and the contestants embark on a climb.

The four remaining teams race into Nova Scotia, where Vanessa and Celina encounter problems, Dave loses patience with Jet and things get intense at the race's second U-Turn.

The Top 4 teams race to Newfoundland and Labrador.

The Top 3 teams go to Toronto for the final leg of the race.

Self - Host

In 2007, TVB invited Helen To to host the travel show "Popular Tokyo". Because of her unique hosting style and her "Hong Kong girl" style behavior, she received a lot of support even in the scolding. While scolding her Hong Kong girl behavior for "teaching a bad way", the audience was attracted by her humorous language style, so an interesting phenomenon of scolding and watching was formed. Therefore, Helen To also created a new form of travel programs, that is, launching a series of programs with the host as the core, which can maximize the host's hosting skills and personality charm.

This fast-paced and stunt-filled motor show tests whether cars, both mundane and extraordinary, live up to their manufacturers' claims. Zach Anner is a comedian with cerebral palsy who won the opportunity to host his own travel show after winning the first season of "Your OWN Show: Oprah's Search for the Next TV Star." In his series, Anner travels across the U.S., trying to conquer his "top five" list of things to do in each city, attempting new experiences he never thought possible. Whether it's surfing, rock climbing or water skiing, the popular Internet personality challenges himself to try the unexpected and, at times, seemingly impossible, using his sharp sense of humor and a positive attitude to get through it all. As Anner says, "the adventure is in the attitude."
