Sugar Rush is an Emmy Award–winning British television comedy drama series developed by Shine Limited and broadcast by Channel 4, based on the Julie Burchill novel of the same name. It follows the trials and tribulations of teenager Kim Daniels, who is dealing with all the usual adolescent issues, plus one - she thinks she might be gay. Her family has recently moved to Brighton from London, and she finds herself with a huge crush on her new best friend, Maria `Sugar' Sweet. Sugar has a bit of a wild side, and frequently gets Kim into trouble, though Kim can find trouble on her own as well. Despite attractions to other girls, and a few attempts at being interested in guys, Kim continues to long for Sugar.

The Little Kings is about a group of assertive, uninhibited, even reckless students at the top of the school social pyramid, often more focused on their own needs than those of the community, until one day a collateral victim of their carelessness decides to play a vigilante. The prime targets for their downfall are the leaders of the group, the two popular and privileged best friends, Julep and Adaboy. The first is the beloved captain of his hockey team, the second is the star of skating team. Around them revolve their friends, who will also bear the brunt of this vigilante.

One day, she is entrusted with the task of delivering a bouquet to the movie gala where Vadthiwa, the lead actress, is being honoured. Upon meeting Vadthiwa, Phraphye immediately senses a deep sadness emanating from her. As their friendship blossoms, Vadthiwa and Phraphye begin to realize that they have feelings for each other. Throughout the series, we see the relationship between Vadthiwa and Phraphye grow. Parallel to this, we also witness the budding romance between Phanmile and Khian-Tawan.

Clara and New shared the same dream: to become idols. Today, one of them shines bright under the spotlight, while the other stays in the shadows, having turned to writing. Their paths cross again when a novel of New's is getting a screen adaptation and Clara discovers the truth behind their estrangement: New gave up because of a tumor deteriorating her hearing. Once very close, will this reunion allow them to revive their bond... or perhaps build something altogether stronger?
