Politician Mario Chiesa’s arrest ignites a nationwide scandal: Italy’s Tangentopoli. As the political fallout spreads across the country, we follow the intertwining lives and ambitions of six main characters.

Showgirl Veronica’s tv career is on the verge of a major breakthrough, but the Tangentopoli affair seems to stop her in her track. Pietro, a Gulf war veteran, takes on the challenge of politics. Marketing executive Leonardo Notte attempts to hide his murky past as a radical left activist, while police officer Luca Pastore takes care of some personal business.

Police officer Luca finally gets his man, Leo's murky past is threatened to be exposed and Gulf War veteran-turned-politician Pietro grows disillusioned with parliament.

A suicide shakes the consciences of many of Milan's power players and forces everyone to confront their responsibilities and their political ambitions.

Luca is forced to face his darkest demons, Leo reflects on a morbid episode from his past and Pietro and Veronica find their lives heading in totally opposite directions.

Luca holds a secret meeting with Bibi, Leo takes a risky decision in order to brighten his future and Peter finds a reason to fight in parliament.

Luca breaks a few rules in order to pursue his investigation, Leo believes he has finally shaken off the demons from his past and Pietro turns his attention to war veterans.

While ongoing investigations destroy the lives of more politicians, Pietro discovers that there is a mole hiding in the clean hands team.

The investigation is one step away from unearthing the deep-rooted corruption within the Italian political system. Meanwhile, ghosts from Leo's past come back to haunt him.

The Italian drama draws to a close and the vast network of political corruption is set to be exposed. But whose fate will be sealed and who will live to fight another day.

Wie Dae-Han is an ex-lawmaker and is a materialistic kind of politician. He wants to get elected as lawmaker again. One day, 18-year-old girl Da-Jung comes to him. Da-Jung is the only one now taking care of her 3 younger siblings. Wie Dae-Han accepts Da-Jung and her 3 younger siblings. He carries out “The Great Show” to become a lawmaker again.

Sakaido is a genius detective who can track down any criminal. But when his daughter is murdered, revenge lands him on the other side of the law. Now in prison, he helps the police solve mysteries using a system that invades a person’s identity. Little by little, a trail of blood forms, and it all leads back to his daughter’s murderer.

Retirement has given Mr Rose the time not only to cultivate a cottage garden in Eastbourne but also to write his memoirs. And it’s the impending publication of those memoirs that brings a number of figures crawling out of the woodwork and back into his life: criminals and former colleagues alike, who know that his vast personal library of case files holds a wealth of incriminating detail.

GBH was a seven-part British television drama written by Alan Bleasdale shown in the summer of 1991 on Channel 4. The protagonists were Michael Murray, the Militant tendency-supporting Labour leader of a city council in the North of England and Jim Nelson, the headmaster of a school for disturbed children. The series was controversial partly because Murray appeared to be based on Derek Hatton, former Deputy Leader of Liverpool City Council — in an interview in the G.B.H. DVD Bleasdale recounts an accidental meeting with Hatton before the series, who indicates that he has caught wind of Bleasdale's intentions but does not mind as long as the actor playing him is "handsome". In normal parlance, the initials "GBH" refer to the criminal charge of grievous bodily harm - however, the actual intent of the letters is that it is supposed to stand for Great British Holiday.

An ambitious financial reporter Bea receives an anonymous tip about irregularities at a Swedish major bank. Bea weathered a scoop, but the review is made more difficult by her love affair with the bank's married CEO, Peder. Based on Carolina Neurath's book "Speed Blind" which in turn is inspired by real events.
My Honourable Mrs is a 1975 British comedy-drama written by Richard Waring and produced by Graeme Muir for BBC One.
