The Bay Area is in the midst of a real estate boom, with many young tech workers calling the area home and willing to spend big bucks for some of the most expensive properties in the U.S. Competition in the market is stiff, and agents are always competing to land new clients;…

Real estate agents Justin Fichelson, Andrew Greenwell and Roh Habibi strive to outsell one another in a market filled with demanding young tech clients. Veteran agent Andrew fails to predict a colleague's mistakes. Newcomer Roh must prove his worth.

With his new listing in the Mission still under construction, Justin has to try and sell the neighborhood before he can sell the house. Roh's business partner Joel criticizes his open house and demands a more conventional approach. Meanwhile, Andrew is dealing with an emotional seller and an inexperienced co-lister....and he's not sure which is more problematic.

Andrew lands a listing in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Bernal Heights. While Justin's property is finally finished, the size of the backyard proves to be a difficult selling point. Roh makes a promise that may be difficult to keep.

Roh finally manages to track down the architect of his new listing, but faces an even harder task. Justin takes a listing with his dentist. Andrew's quest to find a property in Bernal Heights takes an unexpected turn.

Justin hopes his friendship with a client will turn into something more; Andrew has his hands full with a neurotic client in the North Panhandle neighborhood; Roh enters into a co-listing agreement with a colleague who is less than cooperative.

Justin realizes it is a mistake to take a listing with an old friend. Andrew endeavors to pair a winery estate with the right buyer. Roh's newest listing is a unit with a messy tenant.

Andrew takes a listing just outside of the city. Justin struggles to find a buyer for his demanding client, Kevin, who expects someone to drastically overpay for his place. Luckily for Justin, Roh pays a visit with a potential client.

A 100-year-old firehouse that's been converted into a condo presents a challenge for Justin. Andrew is forced to work closely with a seller's outspoken son to find a buyer for a $20 million house. Roh learns that business can get very personal.

Roh and Justin continue to clash at an open house and at the negotiating table in the Season 1 finale. Andrew must be on his best behavior to keep the biggest listing of his career.
