Joe is introduced to motoring on a rally car, the hosts race with supercars across Gardaland attractions on a Ferrari 458 Speciale, a McLaren 650S and a Nissan GT-R, moreover Guido tests the breaking strength of a Fiat Panda 4×4. Guest star: Cristiana Capotondi.

The hosts race across the streets (and not only) of Rome on a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé, a Colnago V1R high tech bike and an amphibious Gibbs Quadski. Moreover Guido tests the futuristic BMW i8. Guest star: Max Gazzè.

Wacky Races is an animated television series produced by Hanna-Barbera that originally aired in 1968. The show is a parody of traditional car races, featuring a variety of eccentric characters and their outlandish vehicles, all racing across different terrains in a madcap competition for first place. The series is centered around a group of 11 racers, each with their own unique vehicle and distinct personality. The main characters include Dick Dastardly and his dog Muttley, who are always trying to cheat and sabotage the other competitors, although they never succeed. Other notable racers include Penelope Pitstop, the glamorous but tough driver; the adventurous Red Max; and the lovable duo, the Slag Brothers, who drive a massive, rock-like car.

The series has a spin-off feature length movie, Fat Pizza, released in 2003, and a best-of highlights video/DVD that featured previously unreleased footage and a schoolies exposé, released in 2004. In addition to this, a theatre show entitled "Fat Pizza", starring several characters from the show, has toured the Australian east coast. Through ironic and self-conscious references, Pizza involves themes of ethnicity and stereotypes, cars, sex, illicit drugs, and violence to produce its sometimes mean-spirited dark humour. Dan Darret and his two sisters, Tess and Daisy, are left to run the The Pole Position Stunt Show after their parents disappear during a stunt race. When their uncle Zachary reveals that their parents were government agents using the stunt show as a cover for a secret crime-fighting organization, the kids vow to carry on their parents' work. Along with pet Kuma and two high-tech talking cars, Roadie and Wheels, they become the New Pole Position Force.
