After 4 initial days of intensive activity and challenges, the gruelling commando selection course has reached it's most difficult period. Demarcation. An intense 3 to 4 day period, within the selection course, that consist of extreme challenges.
Having survived the notoriously difficult Commando Selection course, the candidates have now been admitted into the Commando Reinforcement Training Cycle.

Selection for the SAS is one of the world's toughest job interviews and physical fitness is only the starting point.
